German Chocolate Producer Sponsors Poker Pro ...
... titelt der Cardplayer und berichtet über Christophe "Crazy sheep" Groß (Foto) und dessen neusten Sponsoring-Deal.
Reporter Brendan Murray schreibt: With poker sponsorship going through a lean period one enterprising German player has landed an innovative deal that could become the model for many future deals in the industry.
Christophe Gross, at 29-years-old, is a modest tournament winner with around €90,000 in live earnings. However the player known as “Crazy Sheep” online will now also be a poster boy for Chocolato.de praline chocolates to a hip, young target group who like to make purchases online.
Managing director of Chocoloto.de, Ronald M.Arndt, admitted the company was taking a bit of step into the unknown saying, “Up to now, we have never used a poker player to endorse our brand [but] Christophe Gross has a huge number of fans who are very active on the Internet. That is also the playground of Chocolato.de.
Chocolato.de offers individually branded pralines to companies and includes Bang & Olufson and Hugo Boss as clients.
